Mr Lif and I headed off to Cupar to spend our pocket money on cleaning products. We share a passion for cleaning, fortunately our obsessions focus on different areas so the nett result is a nice clean house. We got a lot of bargains and I can't wait to try the white vinegar on the windows and worktops whereas Mr Lif is gagging to get it on with the "elbow grease" degreaser on the floor.

We managed to contain our urge to try out the new products and headed instead to the beach. Under the ever grey sky we headed off on our trek. According to the pedometer app we did 5 miles at a speed of 3.5 miles per hour. Given my unnaturally short legs, this meant I was jogging to keep up with Mr Lif's lengthy stride.

The place was deserted so the lurcher was off lead and even managed a spot of paddling. Bless him

Cava is to hand and its time to settle down with a movie or two.
