Clearocean Miracle
We had two ships in the river today and two tugs. That does not happen much any more since the oil terminal closed down. However when the price of a barrel of oil fell so low someone rented tank space and loaded them up. Now I guess some of the stored oil is being sold. The two ships sail under the Liberian flag. The second ship is named Clearocean Melody. They were both built in 2019 and are oil tankers. I always enjoy seeing the tugs and ships on the river.
I have to report the young osprey is still hanging around. We also saw three swans fly over. Plenty of Canada geese are starting to show up as well. More painting and and work again today. The rush is on since it seems winter is just around the corner and we plan to go back to the farm Thursday for a few weeks. It will be cold when we get back.
Please enjoy your week and be safe and healthy!
