Sleepy bears!

Work this morning. Nothing much happened except Geoff the German Shepherd pup came back for his jabs. My how he's grown in two wks!

At lunch time I met two friends for lunch, Heidi & Steph, who I haven't seen for a few months. Always nice to just pick up where we left off last time.

Went for another run this afternoon. Only had time for 4k though. Maybe try another tomorrow.

I think the dogs were feeling as sleepy as me tonight. Both of them are on the small sofa whilst I'm on it. There isn't much room but somehow they managed it!!
