Success

I made pesto and I'm proud of it.

I can't do stuff in one go and have to break things into chunks. Over a week ago my home help dry roasted the nuts for me in a pan and stored them in a jar for me.

Today I've slowly worked my way through the remaining tasks to make it. I did forget to factor in putting the pesto into containers, into the fridge and cleaning out the food processor.

But I managed and it's all good.

Today's gratitude: For a clear outcome from our general election. I feel blessed to live in NZ.
