Early afternoon, colours

John had to pop home for a couple things forgotten, I accompanied him along some of the track and walked back to the cottage. One of the things left behind was my rain weather trousers, I hope he can find a pair in the cupboard. I arrived back here very wet. The daft thing about not bringing my wet trousers is we bought a pair last week for John in order to make sure we would both stay warm and dry when out in the elements, previously his overtrousers had to make do, (he doesn’t like spending money) their time was long past.

We are warm and cosy and find the view outside beautiful regardless of what the weather is doing.
