Notes: Didn't feel super well rested and body still not 100% so decided to stay closer on the bike. Nice morning, did the Pass-A-Grille loops and some neighborhoods that branch off - on some streets for the first time and first-time view of the Bayway Bridge from this point. Found a Christie Marie Sheldon webinar that went from 11a-1p and got some short direct contact with her. Relaxed rest of day and watched football, warmed up rest of chicken soup and still ate safe foods. Out to beach for quick and windy sunset.
