I need the dough !

My first attempt at hand made bread came out surprisingly well.
  Our lovely Grandad, " Spring ", was a brilliant baker and worked in his brother's bakehouse for many years.
  He's been gone for such a long time, but I thought about him, whilst I was kneading and wondered if he thought that I was doing it as well as he used to !
  J and I tried it, when it was cool and it tasted so good, that we had to have another piece !  Beginner's luck, or " Spring's " input ?
