....my ol' 55......

So here it is....another birthday....55!.....where does the time go?

Up early...out for the bait...fishing match tomorrow.

Home...no cards in the post....but one from Andrea from work..one from the Boss, one from the Daughter and one from the Boss' Dad.

Presents too....a table top tripod and a full size tripod from the Daughter....a humungous bottle of Boss after shave from the Boss.

The Boss arranged an exciting day for me....a trip to see the boys at the fishing cabin (actually she didn't arrange this...I do it every Saturday)......a tidy up in the garage....a trip to the tip......an afternoon pottering in the garden and house.

The S & H, YH and Charlotte called about 5.00....another couple of cards....a coaster from Charlie....the promise of a remote shutter release to come and some cakes made by Charlie......there had been a promise of a dinner too...but I ended up paying for fish and chips for everyone.

Charlie and her parents left about 7.45....watched the very exciting end of the Oldham v Everton FA Cup tie....now I'm just waiting for hebs blip from her day with the Sky at Night programme and then off to bed....I'm picking up Shaun at 7.00 in the morning!
