Hibiscus for Dad

This hibiscus on our balcony off our bedroom just keeps giving and this flower today is dedicated to dad.  It's 11 years today since busboy and I lost our dad.  He loved gardening and always helped us on the patio when he came on holiday here.  Forever in our hearts and thoughts, especially today.   

New restrictions announced by the Catalan government today that all restaurants, bars and cafes are to be closed for the next 15 days, except for take-aways and home deliveries.  We were looking forward to our long weekend in Sitges (25 mins train ride away) from tomorrow, our first break since lockdown started.  Ho hum.  We decided to ask if we could change the dates to November, otherwise we'd have lost 50% of the total amount.  That's been agreed, so fingers crossed that that will go ahead  and the weather will still be ok.  Part of the fun of a weekend by the sea is having lunches on a terrace by the sea!
