AW SHUCKS!!
We missed it.
Herself was bitten by the horticultural bug recently. Today, after "chicken hunting" and the brew, we made our way to Hazel dene and escaped with some packets of seeds, a new handle for the Wolf© garden tools, rings for the toms when the growbags surface etc.
Had we been, actually, in the place at the time we'd have had a good view. Had we been in Mrs. Miller's Tea Room, we'd have seen it on their C.C.T.V.
If we'd known, we might even have been on yonder steam train, heading for Leeds for the day.
Since Mrs. Miller seems to have gone a bit posh we tend to stop at the Lama Karma on the way home. It may have been a coincidence, or it may have been many people with the same idea, but I have never seen the place so full. I got the only car-park slot not designated "Disabled".
