The forest

I was back in the forest this morning with Brodie. It was very gloomy at 9am with a steady drizzle, but the forest was quiet and our walk was very peaceful. Plenty time then to get the head straight and deal with the low level chronic anxiety of these current Covid times - even for those like me who are in a very fortunate position compared to many folk.
