Paused Shielding - Day 81

In the garden this morning, the sun was attempting to break through the clouds, creating silhouettes amongst the trees (this is in full colour!). A mild day of 16 degrees, with rain at the beginning and end.

What is it about Tuesdays? I think they should be banned! Short version of the story: been on full-on matron duties from dawn to dusk, have lost count of number of phone calls backwards and forwards to the doc. At one point doc thought one of my patients might need to go to hospital with sepsis, but thankfully meds have brought things under control, but a Covid home test has been ordered, just to be on the safe side. Am beyond tired. Roll on Wednesday...
