Gryon cemetery

I was short of a blip on the way home so I stopped at the cemetery because the beautiful colours of the tree caught my eye.

It’s unusual to see old graves like the ones you can see in the photo as most graves in Switzerland are dug up after 20-25 years. Cemeteries here are usually quite small and well maintained. Apparently, the bones are then cremated and spread in a memorial garden.
