At the waters edge
All of a dither and couldn't settle. I have been waiting for this day for so long. Two years to be exact. Have been trying to get a different car but everything has been thrown at me to stop it including my order being cancelled because the cars were withdrawn because of the emissions scandal, order cancelled because of COVID. But at last it arrived today. Pic of it on the transporter being delivered is my extra.
Had to take it for a spin, of course I did. So camera in tow we (me and my new car) went to Donna Nook. Not a lot to see yet. The beach is being made ready for the breeding season with fences being checked and the shop/portacabin being made COVID secure. This year it is by booking only with a limit on people visiting to 600 per day with staggered arrivals. The seals are at the waters edge just waiting until the time is right. COVID won't stop this wonderful act of nature I am pleased to day.
I am pleased I am not a warden up there. I think they will have their work cut out enforcing the rules as not everyone will have seen the new way of working.
