Wrightsville Beach

Our first stop on the North Carolina coastal excursion.  Feeling like it might be a good place to hang our hats in the future.  The temperature was a balmy 80F.  We'll be here for a few days before going back to see niece Jessica and family for a couple more days and then heading home.  Tomorrow we'll meet with a realtor and get a "feel" for different areas and maybe even look at a couple of homes in our "price range".  Staying at a sweet little VRBO and the first recommendation for dinner by the owner was superb.  Watching the World Series game 1 - well, not really watching but Jon is and it's on in the background.  Scoreless after 3.5 innings.  That's baseball I guess.  No teams that I'm interested in and the Red Sox were the Dead Sox this year, but LA does have a Boston favorite on their team this year.
