Wide and Close

When we brought Nellie's daughter, Holly, to join her at the farm in retirement we were worried there would be trouble as Nellie is a cranky mare, especially regarding food.
However it didn't take long for them to become quite close and they usually hang around together in the paddock.

I've done a fair bit of gardening this afternoon. It's a lovely evening but the trouble is we finish up so late. It's after 7pm and Mr isbi is still out on the tractor. And people wonder why we get up late!
