Village Park

This morning, before the rain, I walked up to the village pharmacy. It was a bit damp from last night but with a milky sun it was quite warm and essentially dry.

After getting what I needed I decided to cross the main road and return via the village (Ferrands) park.

Wow, I was bowled over by the amazing colour of the leaf fall and remaining leaves on the huge Beech trees in there. I hadn’t taken my camera but managed to take lots of shots on my phone including some panorama shots like the one above.

I had thought my blip today would be the Christmas cake that Chris is making. I can smell it as I type! Don’t know if we are having Christmas but it looks like we’ll be having cake.
