Unexpected Colour

Four houses in our little street have suddenly turned into building sites. One of the neighbours seems to be building a new patio, judging by the piles of concrete slabs and other stones getting delivered and carted behind the house. 

The other three have sprouted a scaffolding, and decorators are busy re-painting the walls. At least one of the houses - which have all been white since we live here - is currently turning yellow. 

It will need a while to get used to the new look, but we already like the cheerfulness of it.
