Zone 6
Tonight my online Zwift group did it’s monthly 1 hour time trial.
We all have to use the same Zwift bike and wheels to make it even.
An hour is a cruel time as the pain just increases.
For those who run / cycle / row I was in heart rate zone 6 last 7 mins.
I almost threw up at the end.
38.5 kilometers... just 0.5 short of my best and second best in today’s group.
My backside muscles now ache like hell!! TMI?
