Surprise

I had unexpected call this morning asking what time I would be at home at lunchtime. 1ish, I said. My friend and her husband were collecting their car from a local garage & would call for a socially distanced 10 minutes (we aren't allowed visitors in our house). When I got home I suggested a walk at The Argory, she agreed to follow me & we enjoyed a walk in the sunshine, a welcome change from Monday and Tuesday.
It was a nice surprise to catch up, even for a relatively short time. Don't worry, I more than make up the time at work.
