Quiche

It was Josh’s turn to cook and I suggested mushroom and pancetta quiche as we got our egg order today and had the other ingredients in the fridge. I discovered that he always weights out his ingredients into nice bowls like they do on cookery programmes. I don’t think it has ever occurred to him that you don’t actually need to do that. He blind baked the case, discovering my ceramic baking beads. It was delicious but I think he found it hard work.
