No soggy bottom

A supply of cooking and dessert apples was given to us a week or so ago. No more room in the freezer for sweet or savoury apple sauce so I decided to attempt a Tarte aux pommes. Looked successful until I tried to get it out of the flan dish! While not up to bake off standard my home made pastry was not soggy!

Rounded off the meal of risotto very nicely.
