60 years ago today my parents tied the knot. And despite COVID restrictions (and being so far away from friends and extended family) they have had a very special day. :)
Letters were received (even one from their good friend HRH Queen Elizabeth ;), presents were delivered, calls were made, distanced visits were welcomed and a meal out at a posh restaurant was had.
It was too bad we couldn’t all get together as a big family and friends to celebrate but everyone did their bit to make their day special. :D
