Beachy goodies

After yesterday's torrential rain, today was all about glorious warm sunshine. Beachy treasures bagged, we swung by mum and dad to clear their leaves from the drive and get an outdoor cuppa as our reward.

Managed my second 30 mins run with Tracey in a blanket of eerie evening fog, sore leggies.
