Rainy

After a windy yesterday, it was a rainy today. Especially the afternoon when I walked a 7 mile route through the coastal dunes at ‘kwade hoek’ or ‘angry corner’. The name comes from the unpredictable sand-banks that move around in the shallow sea around this corner of land, depending on weather and tides. Apparently this cost a lot of sailors their livelihood in the past few centuries, hence the suitable name.
