Surfer Triptych

My Editor and I had a walk along the beach at Tynemouth this afternoon to "blow away some cobwebs". We were treated to some rather dramatic surfing exploits by the brave souls in the exceedingly chilly sea!

The chap in the triptych doesn't look like a spring chicken, but rather him than me out there in those conditions. We like the pose of the younger lad in the extra just as he lost his balance too.
