How not to use a clearfile

I've spent a lot of today sorting through the hall cupboard and the garage. I found a lot of the kids' old school books, many of which have now found their way to the recycling bin. It seems a bit sad to throw them out but apart from a few special ones I am unlikely to ever look at them again.
