Pulpit Rock at Portland Bill...
I was up early again to go down to The Cobb to try for a better photograph, the stars were out when I left but no sooner than I arrived it started raining... So that was a washout.
It brightened up a bit later so we decided on an excursion to Portland Bill the light was very flat when we got there and the wind was ferocious...
There were a few people about and most of them had a comment about the antics of this young man... How he knew that I was using a 30 second exposure I don't know but he was standing statue still for ages.
Despite my annoyance at the time I have to admit that (I think) his presence makes this photograph. I managed to set up in the lee of some rocks to get this long exposure shot. The wind really was strong and blustery and poor Margaret was in some danger of being blown away...
