At the top of the tree!

Our Bramley apples have been delicious this year but the tree has become very straggly and I'm sure our neighbour will be pleased with the severe 'hair cut' we're going to give it soon!  Lots of branches protrude into his garden which must make his lawn mowing a bit tricky. 

There are still a few apples left which are so high up that Mr Sk had to get the step ladder out to reach them this afternoon.  The sun came out at that point and lit up the silver birch next to it.
