Walk

Managed to get a walk while it was dry and sunnyish this afternoon.  The air felt very clear and the colours of the trees are creating lovely shapes in the landscape.  Some have lost all their leaves already and others offering a bit of autumn colour.  What is there not to enjoy about getting out and observing.  
We have been invited to celebrate a 60th birthday this evening with an (59 year) old friend this evening.  Her birthday is on Sunday and she is hoping to catch up with a few friends .. just us and one other (sensible) couple this evening.  Not having any appropriate cards in the house I thought I would paint her one.. in extras... a bit of fun!
