Pleached Limes

First thing I turned up at the nursery to pick up some bags of compost I had ordered. Peat free, from the Lake District. A mix of wool and bracken, this is definitely an experiment.

I then had a walk around the gardens in the driving rain - well, as I have a season ticket it’s free, so why not. Surprisingly I was the only person there.
