Another dog walk.

We arrived home and I noticed he didn't cast a shadow in the late afternoon sun.

"Where did you leave it?" I asked. 

He gave no clue, just wagged his bushy tail., so back in the car to retrace our steps. We found it eventually, the tail was still wagging.

I reattached his shadow and we returned home for tea. No harm done.
