Turning the Wheel

This morning I set off for what ended up being a short-lived day of medic school. The instructor we were supposed to have in the afternoon ended up not being able to make it so we were dismissed at lunch time. Coming back to Granville I hung out and did work when our fire tones dropped for an inside gas leak. I made the second out truck with the only other person that showed up. This truck however, Rescue 201, is brand new and had never been on a run before. Not only that but I road in command! The gas leak was contained, but the cool thing was getting to take this new beast out on the road. Now I just have to wait to use it for what it is truly made for, a working automobile extrication.
