Morning beach

Day off to drive Jay far away to his extensive eye appointment. We will be back for the actual thing in the future. I spent the time while he was being assessed doing our weekly shop and getting absolutely drenched in the downpour timed with me leaving the shop.

Before that, first thing yoga class and then a walk with Rosie on the beach.
