Hummous

My last official day of annual leave. I had a veg delivery, with beetroot, so made some beetroot hummus. This is the rest of the ingredients put together while the beetroot was roasting.... Olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, tamarind paste, garlic, ground coriander and some chilli.
