A friendly visit

My roommate Nancy did come for a visit today and we had a good catch-up.  The last time we saw each other was at our 50th college reunion in 2018.  The last couple of years have been difficult for her, including the death of her husband, moving back here, and struggling financially.  It was good to be able to offer an ear and some support.  Minkelina sat on my lap for two hours with Nancy there!

She brought little roses for me, so I have an appropriate photo for Flower Friday.
