Past and Present

Another photo from the Spitifire flight - I thought that the pilot's skyward gaze here was rather remeniscent of those in the Second World War - the photo itself was even taken at Solent Airport, where 175 planes flew over to Normandy to assist in the D-Day landings. It could even be a wartime photo, in fact, except the mask roots it in 2020, almost like a merging of the heroes of the past and those of the present.
