Not well....

Didn't sleep well last night. Woke up feeling grotty. Struggled through at work.

Came home and administered the only things that I can - 2 paracetmol, a ready meal, a hot bath and then straight to bed.

Not the only one suffering - the Very Bad Cold is going round!
