Eggs!

I have a bit of a hankering for hard boiled eggs at the moment. I am devouring egg sandwiches and scotch eggs at an alarming rate! Decided to home boil a stash tonight.

BTW, hard boiled eggs taste delicious served with baked beans; mash the egg yolks with the beans and spread onto the egg whites.... mmmmmmmm
