we took peggy to see the falls at golspie but couldn’t get daisy out of bed. peg loved them. daisy will get out of bed to go crabbing though - so we did that for the afternoon and bee caught the tiniest fish in helmsdale...his lure was bigger! we watched a seal eat a live salmon practically right in front of us which was amazing - the poor fish was putting up quite a fight but it was destined to be dinner. and while I was sitting on the harbour wall watching the sun go down over the hill I got a call from clan to let me know that one of my designs had been chosen for the lighthouse ‘light the north’ trail. chuffed. and it will be something nice for me to focus on. a lovely last day, wish we could stay another week.
