Mussles for supper

I've been a vegetarian for 30 years now but my better half and her daughter still eat meat and fish, but certainly not every day. They chose mussles for supper this evening, which I loved when I ate everything! Fortunately they were good and fresh, so no odour of seafood in the kitchen and they made a reasonable blip in the le Creuset cast iron casserole.
