Introducing baby Toryn

This afternoon Mr hazelh and I stood masked in a tenement stairwell to meet month-old baby Toryn for the first time. Here she is with her happy parents in their flat doorway. Beryl and Sean last featured in my journal at their wedding on 20th July.

We called in on the family with a present for the baby following afternoon tea at the Scottish Gallery café. This wee outing felt like a reward for working until about 15:30.

Also today I managed a slow 5k run, and lost yet another game of Carcassonne. We also enjoyed a Facetime call with Jackie in Cirencester.
