Tartiflette

I made Tartiflette tonight, a French Alpine dish I discovered recently. Its supposed to have reblochon cheese on top of it but I used brie instead. I was supposed to be entertaining tonight but our visitor couldn't come so I have plated up their helping. It will still be nice reheated!

Must remember to reset the camera's time tomorrow morning!
