Blending in

This morning was spent making a couple more batches of soap (Lavender and Oatmeal) and this afternoon I took a wee trip down to the Botanical Gardens at Dawyck with a friend.

My first visit there this year but this is always a good time of year to visit. This little Robin was sat on the top of a sculpture and blending in nicely with the Autumn leaves.

Thankfully the weather sorted itself out and we had a lovely catch up as we wandered about followed by tea and cake, before we knew it they were sweeping up and it was time for us to head home.

I've also booked flights to head home in November, Covid permitting.
