Wales is closed, so please respect us!

Since 6pm last night (Friday) Wales entered a 17 day 'firebreak' lockdown, which I support.

But today the media, especially social media, has been driving my blood pressure up. Apparently the concept that supermarkets only sell essential items only is a heinous one, and a sign that Wales is now being run by a totalitarian regime, or by Communists, or are in league with Amazon (because, as everyone knows, no other online shop exists!).  

All because they can't buy a book from Tesco.

If I believed in conspiracy theories (!) it wouldn't take too much to think that all this Anti-Welsh fervour, mostly right wing, I've been reading all day was was being whipped up to try and knock all the terrible headlines about the UK gov 'off the front page.' 

It's no surprise that support for Welsh Independence is growing.

I could keep ranting on but I'm tired.

Anyway ...
