Drama

Up fairly early to make some cakes, then after a sausage sandwich for breakfast T and I headed down to P’s house to do his shopping. We got that all done and dropped it with him but then he told us he’d had a terrible time after leaving us yesterday...Diesel wouldn’t get out of the car and in the end stayed there right through until this morning. He was convinced that this was because Diesel was jealous that P smelled of Heston and thought P had abandoned him so had lost faith in him and didn’t want to live with him any more(!). I suggested a number of other reasons but clearly he wasn’t interested in anything other than his own theory....
We left them to have lunch - apparently as friends again - and headed home via a nursery we’d heard of but it was closed.
Filthy weather but later I headed over to MK to help A do some shopping and get some trousers for Mx, but mistimed my trip so had to dash back to T&Kt’s so we could go to her mum's for supper. Lovely roast lamb then chocolate and ginger cheesecake and nice to catch up with them and chat about canal boats, Australia, dogs and wedding plans.
Straight to bed when we got back...all very sleepy!
