Taped up

Managed half of my virtual Manchester Marathon today, with a nice run through town, down the river up to haughmond hill where I met up with Paul and Owen for a wonder around. The tape was a brain wave before I left the house and it certainly did its job as I could actually walk on my spongy ankle for the rest of the day.
