Moving On

A couple of years ago Dad had plans drawn up to convert his garage into an additional (downstairs) bedroom and shower area in order to 'futureproof' the house for getting older and more infirm.  A large part of the reasoning was also to give him a project after Mum died to distract him from feeling so lonely and sad.

Today we cleared the garage out in our preparations for the sale of the house.  Dad, aged 84 is now living with beautiful Jane in her house, being kept very busy, feeling very loved and has not been fitter or happier for a very long time!

It makes us all very happy too.
