Sunny bike ride

With group rides suspended again due to Covid I went for a ride with Walt on the bar bag. It was a fabulous day and this was a perfect picnic spot. I am trying to live on a hybrid of GMT and BST in the hope of maximising daylight hours against my night owl tendencies. The heating, morning alarm and bedtime etc are staying on BST whilst dinner moves to GMT and other meals adjust in between. This does mean I’d eaten my evening meal, washed up and tidied by 8pm tonight! I expect I’ll confuse myself before long though.
