Being Watched
I was going to get stuck into the many shades of green background in my jigsaw, but couldn’t quite work up the enthusiasm, as it all felt rather overwhelming. I decided to go out for a walk and had a walk around Lennoxlove admiring the colours of the trees. Even though it was quite dull, the autumnal colours were glowing. I returned home via the supermarket having picked up a few things for tea and made the base of my Bengali egg curry.
TT decided he had to work all day and I couldn’t encourage BB that he needed to get out for some fresh air. Given the time I didn’t want to go far but as the weather had improved hugely I drove to Gifford and had a wander around the village and explored the community woodland. While it was rather damp underfoot it was lovely to be out in the sunshine.
It was then home to finish cooking (and eating) before TT had his usual Friday whisky zoom call and I had a call with a few friends. Later I finished watching Love Life.
These cows are on the Lennoxlove Estate. The extras are from my walk this afternoon.
